Return Process

  Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our warehouse.

  Place the product in its original packaging including all keycaps, cables, and tools, ensuring the items are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned hardware for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
